Are you currently serving in a commissioner role? Do you know how to be a "best friend" to a unit and its leaders? Are you meeting the expectations of your stewardship and seeing that your units and unit leaders are receiving the full value of Scouting programs? Are you delivering what's expected? Do you know what to deliver?

The answers to these questions and much more will be presented in this year's College of Commissioner Science, where there are several course options available:

  • Roundtable Commissioner Training (No Prerequisite). For all Roundtable Commissioners serving Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Varsity Scouts, and Venturers. Learn what a Roundtable Commissioner does and how to do it.
  • Commissioner Basic Training (Prerequisite: Youth Protection Training) Basic Commissioner training for all newly recruited commissioners.
  • Bachelor's Program (Prerequisite: Commissioner Basic Training) Learn about commissioner styles, coaching unit leaders, etc.
  • Master's Program (Prerequisite: Bachelors Course) Learn advanced skills like Commissioner Lifesaving.
  • Doctorate Program (Prerequisite: Masters Course) Learn how to make a difference, in a workshop setting.
  • Special Commissioner Corner (By invitation only) A unique Question & Answer opportunity hosted by General Young Men Presidency.
